A journey across cultures
Dr. Md. Sady is a Bangladeshi educator and author whose professional life spans teaching, language learning, translation, and cultural exchange. His CV describes 26 years of teaching experience and a commitment to supporting students in diverse classroom settings.
He earned his Doctor of Education at Southwest University in Chongqing, China, studying Educational Principle in the Chinese language. His thesis, “Study of Moral spirit in Chinese Characters,” explores the relationship between written language and moral thought.
As Principal of the Yidai-Yilu Chinese Institute in Dhaka, he brings that academic foundation into the classroom. His dictionaries, grammar books, and student handbooks make Chinese language learning accessible to Bangla-speaking readers.
Beyond education, he has interpreted for international delegations and UN DESA workshops, and contributed Chinese–Bangla translations for literature, television, and documentary projects.
